Callagy joined Paragon in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of experience placing executives and senior technical leaders for venture and private equity-backed companies. He leads high-volume team build engagements spanning large-scale organizational builds and precision individual contributor searches across GenAI, AI/ML, Security, Cloud, Healthcare Technology, Fintech, and SaaS. His work covers the full recruiting lifecycle: org design and headcount strategy, talent mapping, sourcing, offer management, and onboarding.
Prior to Paragon, Callagy served as Senior Technical Recruiter at Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems division, where he led executive recruiting and technical sourcing strategy for one of the country’s most demanding engineering environments.
