Position Summary

As a Principal, you are responsible for sourcing all candidates and maintaining a robust pipeline. You will be dedicated to investing in the candidate experience by ensuring all candidate calls are scheduled, the internal team is aligned, and all involved parties are set up for success.

Ideal candidate

• Support the technical recruitment search cycle by planning, project management, reference checking, contract negotiations, and related activities
• Source and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates; sourcing, qualifying and preparing candidate scopes
• Participate in all client calls and ensure the external and internal teams are aligned
• 4+ years of sales, consulting, or retained search experience
• Proven experience in professional services, customer-facing, ideally with client exposure
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and supportive manner while maintaining reliability and a high level of accountability
• Previous successes in managing strategic accounts while building strong relationships
• Established network of mid-range to senior-level contacts across a specific market or function
• Ability to build and sustain multiple client relationships
• BA or BS preferred but not required

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $75,000-$85,000 + commission.
